Let’s move Let’s dance

We need movement ladies, at all time, it’s a part of ultimate wellbeing (mind BODY and soul). As mentioned in Feminine Wisdom Academy ‘Movement is one of the most direct ways to take us out of our heads- where we tend to be stuck all at the time- and right into what is happening in the here and now via the body.’ Winter time is the best time to focus on movement and start making it a habit, find the best form to suit your needs, and to do it from home is the best. My favourite way, which is perfect for home practise is free style dancing, when you put the music you like (tribal with percussion or something more flowing depending on a mood) and dive in, no limits, it’s just you in the room and music. Breath, smile and dive in – it’s the best way to relax your mind, find what feels good and get exercise. Try it – totally recommended.
