Yoga is the key to connect the physical, mental and spiritual body together and create balance. There are various types of yoga, plenty of places to practice it, Youtube channel stores lots of home practise videos from yoga teachers around the globe. Yoga is really amazing and beneficial in all levels and thus I want to share one yoga project with you. It is called Yoga with Adriene Bootcamp yoga for 30 days. But first, Yoga with Adriene is ‘a happy and successful online yoga community, which creates free creative content to inspire people of all shapes and sizes to connect to their body daily.’ Adriene is a very popular Yoga teacher from Austin Texas, with a wicked sense of humour and years of experience. She recently started a new project called Yoga with Adriene bootcamp yoga for 30 days, this is free and with a more holistic approach to yoga, starting everyday with a mantra. It’s not just about getting fit, its finding what feels good and connecting to your body on a matt and in everyday life. I have been followingAdriene’s classes for a year now and I can see how much it has helped me, I am much more at present and in touch with my body. The best part is that I can identify tension or stress coming to my body and just let go, slow down, take a couple of deep breaths and boost my mood, shine. Try it for yourself!
